At Aurelia Aerospace, we go above and beyond existing regulations to ensure our products are a force for good wherever they are being operated. Every day our aircraft operate across the globe, doing everything from delivering medicines in remote communities to efficiently scanning for minerals in the ground, to being a tool used by top academic institutions performing groundbreaking research and development. We are proud of the value our products deliver to communities around the world and take the following actions to ensure our products stay out of the hands of criminal groups, foreign adversaries, and those looking to harm US and allied countries’ national security.

1. End User Verification – Every order undergoes a screening process to verify the end client and end-use. Orders without legitimate use are canceled and refunded. Lost or stolen aircraft are flagged and blacklisted from service and support.
2. Regulatory Compliance Oversight – We ensure compliance with UAV export regulations in the US and Mexico, keeping employees informed of relevant laws.
3. Product Classification – Our aircraft are classified as EAR99. Modifications are reviewed to maintain this classification.
4. Continuous Improvement – We collaborate with distributors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to enhance compliance measures.
5. Collaboration With Authorities – We report suspicious transactions and cooperate with law enforcement to support global security.

To ensure our products stay out of the hands of foreign adversaries, we do not permit the operation or re-exportation of our aircraft to the following countries: Belarus, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria.

NDAA Compliance

At Aurelia Aerospace, we are committed to complying with the National Defence Authorization Act (NDAA). You may request a certificate demonstrating NDAA Section 848 compliance for your specific aircraft serial number, listing all critical components along with their source country and manufacturer.

To ensure NDAA compliance, we:

1. Supply Chain Diligence – Ensure business partners and suppliers comply with NDAA regulations.
2. Ban on Restricted Entities – Avoid transactions with entities restricted under the NDAA.
3. Regulatory Compliance Oversight – Monitor and adapt to changes in NDAA regulations.
4. Allied Country Sourcing – Source components from allied countries to ensure supply chain security.
