We are proud to launch our free 30-day trial program in partnership with Aurelia Aerospace. Since the pandemic has reduced the ability for clients to visit our physical locations to try our products, we want to bring them to you.
This program allows registered businesses, government entities, and educational institutions to receive one of our Aurelia Aerospace drones to try for 30 days at no cost. There is no prepayment, no commitment, and no deposit necessary.
The goal of Aurelia Aerospace is to “Give Your Ideas Flight”, so we hope to give potential clients peace of mind knowing our platforms can meet their needs and give their ideas flight before they invest their hard-earned cash with us.

How it Works
No prepayment is required, no deposit is required, all we need is a signed lease agreement and the form below completed. If you choose to return the drone after 30 days there will be a total of $0 payable if the drone is returned in the state it was received in.
Eligibility Requirements
- You are based in one of the following countries; United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand
- You must be a registered business, government entity, or education institution to participate in our trial program at this time
5-Step Process
- Please complete the form below, and wait for confirmation from us that your request has been accepted
- We will email you a lease agreement that must be signed and returned
- Your requested items will enter into production, and then be shipped to your location upon completion
- Upon receiving your items, one of our technicians will perform a Zoom welcome call with you to ensure you are familiar with the platform and have any questions answered
- You will have 30 days from the day of receipt to use the drone. At the end of this period, you can choose to keep the drone, and pay the amount due, or return it with no cost incurred

FAQ
You can choose regular customizations such as Herelink, RTK, Gremsy gimbal, etc that are listed on our website. If you want to have non-standard customization that is not listed and requires specialized work by us we can still complete this, however, you will need to prepay for the customization work, and those customizations will not be refundable.
The current lead time for demo units is 3-4 weeks.
We offer a 1-week expedited production that allows you to get the unit faster, however, there is a non-refundable cost of $299.95 for this service that must be prepaid.
Yes, you can return portions of the order such as accessories you may decide are not necessary at the end of the 30 days. Some accessories however that are built into the drone cannot be easily removed and may require the entire drone to be returned to us.
All of our demo units are new, built to order for your specific request. These demo units are designed to be kept by you if you are happy with the unit.
Your entity can only request one drone at a time.
If you choose the keep the drone, you will be charged the standard shipping cost that would be charged like when ordering a drone. However, if you return it there are no shipping costs incurred.
Since we have just launched this program we are focusing on our clients in 1) registered companies 2) government entities, and 3) education institutions. We hope to expand the program over time to cover more of our client base.
Right now we are limiting the ‘Try Before You Buy’ program to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We plan to add additional countries over time. You can always reach out to our customer support for future possibilities.
