Improvements Over Aurelia X6 Pro V1

The Aurelia X6 Pro V1 was the aircraft that started it all, the first-ever model launched by Aurelia Aerospace. Now, with hundreds of units delivered to customers all across the globe, and extensive feedback from real-world operations we are excited to launch the V2 of the Aurelia X6 Pro.

With thousands of engineering hours and extensive feedback incorporated into it, the Aurelia X6 Pro V2 is hands down the best product we have ever developed. This platform has incredible accuracy, reliability, safety, versatility, and performance. Designed to carry significant payloads with ease of mind the Aurelia X6 Pro V2 features the following improvements over the original X6 Pro.

• Two U.S Made F9P GPS Modules that not only act as a GPS backup if one has a problem, but also can replace the compass. If you are operating in an area with high compass interference, such as around metal infrastructure, the two GPS modules can kick in to take over for the compass and determine the exact heading
• A European-made lightweight parachute system that can shut off the aircraft motors and deploy in an emergency. The system is self-powered, triggers automatically when a fault is detected, and can also be manually triggered. Carry your payloads with peace of mind
• Six obstacle avoidance sensors to ensure that you do not crash into anything while flying
• ADS-B aircraft detect and avoid modules with a 278km range that can pick up both general aviation (978mhz) and commercial aviation (1090mhz). Previously the ADS-B module could only pick up large commercial aircraft

• 70-minute flight time is now standard, compared to 55 minutes previously
• 6kg payload ability vs. 5kg previously
• 50% more payload space under the battery bay is now standard (430mm vs 305mm), while a telescopic mechanism allows the operator to increase clearance to 550mm at the click of a button
• Redesigned arm lock mechanism, and more modular, easy-to-repair frame structure
• The canopy swings open using a hinge mechanism rather than screws, allowing for quick and easy access to the internal electronics

The Aurelia X6 Pro V2 drones feature open-source Pixhawk flight controllers, offering endless possibilities to customize your drone for your specific operation.

The standard configuration is set up with ArduPilot software, however, upon request, we can install PX4 instead.

GPS

The Aurelia X6 Pro V2 features two highly accurate U.S.-Made Ublox ZED F9P GPS. The ability to concurrently connect to the GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and BEIDU constellations and the more precise L2 band results in a GPS that delivers an accuracy of 2 cm.

In addition, the Aurelia X6 Pro V2 GPS is RTK ready, meaning that one of the two GPS’ can be used as a base station. You can just take one GPS of the arm to make instant use of it.

The Aurelia X6 Pro V2 features standard 6 obstacle avoidance sensors. The 6 obstacle avoidance sensors offer an added layer of safety for you as a pilot.

These sensors use a variety of technologies, such as ultrasonic, infrared, and visual sensors, to detect objects in the drone’s flight path. When an obstacle is detected, the drone can take evasive action to avoid a collision.

Remote ID Compliant

The Aurelia X6 Pro V2 is Remote ID compliant. All Aurelia drones shipped to the USA will standard include a Remote ID module.

In case you have bought an Aurelia drone in the past, we also sell the Remote ID units separately, which you can then mount on your current drone.

Motor Setup
Designed for Reliability

The hexacopter design allows the Aurelia X6 Pro V2 to operate with only 5 motors, allowing for increased reliability and protection of your payload in the event a motor gets damaged.

In the event the Aurelia X6 Pro V2 is involved In a crash, the propellers are designed to shear, protecting the motors and electronics from costly damage.

Upon request, for an additional charge, we can offer IP-rated fully enclosed motors (slightly less efficient), designed for operation in dusty and wet environments.

Wheel Base + Handle (add-on)

To make transport of your travel case even easier, a wheelbase and handle are added when a travel case is bought for your drone. The wheels are put on one side of the travel case and can be dragged around by pulling on the lever on the other side.

With the creation of this robust structure, the travel case remains the same strong heavy-duty travel case without harming the mobility of the travel case making personal transport of the travel case a very convenient experience.

With the 2-Year Extended Warranty, you can increase the warranty of your Aurelia X6 Pro V2 from 6 months to 2 years. The warranty begins the day you receive everything and covers any parts that are faulty during this period or any damage to the aircraft that occurs due to manufacturing defects or faulty parts.

The Extended Warranty is valid for unlimited operating hours during the 2-year period.

Our standard flight transmitter included with your drone is the Radiomaster TX16S. It is designed for manual flight only. To program auto flights with GPS waypoints you will need a laptop alongside the Radiomaster, or you can upgrade to the popular Skydroid H16, HereLink Black, or UXV Navigator Tab 3.
